Cultivation
Noni Biotech Pvt Ltd is the only company in India, cultivating Noni through organic cultivation methods by contract cultivation, supporting farmers with technical know how, 100% buy back guarantee, and a 10 year procurement price guarantee.
Noni Biotech Pvt.Ltd is cultivating Morinda citrifolia in more than 100 hectors through contract farming in the following states,

Manufacturing
Its manufacturing division Health India laboratories has a built up Floor area of 1,25,800 sq ft, Total Main process building - 1,00,000 Sq.ft., Service block - 10,000 Sq.ft., Fabrication WorkShop – 6000 Sq.ft., Ware House - 9000 Sq.ft., Transformer Room - 600 Sq.ft., Time Office - 200 Sq.ft. with Automatic Gates and has developed 198 products on Noni.
The initial technology support for development of products was provided by CFTRI (Central Food Technology Research Institute, Govt. of India) Mysore.
The Manufacturing plant is fully automatic with process control, untouched by Human hand with the clean room technology, with the positive, filtered air pressure, air pressurized processing and filling room, with fully automatic CIP facility.
The Two filling lines are fully automatic with rinsing, filling, capping, labeling, seal shrinking, taping and strapping systems.
It has own in-house Preform and Pet bottle manufacturing facility. It has its 10,000 liters R.O. water filtering system, in-house laundry, 2 Noni IBR boilers and zero water discharge ETP plant.
Latest technology being used and HACCP and GMP Standards are being adopted, Implementing practices and measures to ensure food safety.
Testing Laboratory to NABL standards, Pest Control system, Hand Washing and Sanitizing Facilities, Dedicated Net work & Video conferencing, Dedicated and experienced staff, Canteen for the staff, Meditation, Training Halls, Staff Transportation.
Marketing
Divine Noni Family wellness Service is the Marketing Division to market the products manufactured by Health India Laboratories of Noni Bio Tech Pvt. Ltd.
It has 665 stockiest spread all over India distributing and marketing the products to the agents and consumers.
